I have friends that have now been without hot water for 12 days in the middle of winter near KC and Choice and their vendor just keep saying they will show up but they haven’t. I wouldn’t use Choice — waste of money. They could have had a new water heater in max 2 days if they weren’t waiting for insurance company they paid for.
