Worst insurer I have ever had. Cancelled my insurance despite me contacting them. I phoned them and said they would call me back. I also emailed them several times with a response time of 7 days!!! When I did manage to speak to someone they did not help at all and my policy is now cancelled. I now have to declare I have a cancelled policy when taking out car insurance due to their mistake. Absolutely pathetic company.
