cancelled policy within the 14 day cooling off period as the policy wasnt quite right for me, they charged nearly £200 of a yearly policy of £650, tried phoning numerous times and in que for over half hour each time, finished up emailing for brekdown of their charges to explain this, totally ignored it and charged extortionate fee, wish i had read the reviews first.
