It takes an unreasonable wait to talk to anyone on the phone. I have been 16th,18th, and 23rd in the queue when I have phoned. Gave up and sent an email instead on 23rd October and received a standard reply saying it will be dealt with in 5 working days which it was not. Sent another email on 30th October to get same response about being dealt with in 5 working days. Appalling service.
