I wrung the department to pay after I was late for the payment so hard charges (which is fair), however 'Arthur' the man on the phone truly helped me out. It was the day after Christmas, my car had been stolen with all my card and bank credentials (the perfect excuse one would assume) however, Arthur managed to speak to his manager and reduce my payment, no charges at all incurred!
Thank you Arthur (I hope i got your name right!), You're a star to the company!
