This company is the worst insurance company I have ever had - their customer services is terrible, a call for a small change in address can take up to 45min!
Also, they charge for every little thing, for example, to change an address it cost me £100 excluding an administration fee that was £50!
The insurance certificate took them 5 days to send for which they made an error and I had to pay extra for it. My recommendation is to avoid them!
Also, they do not respond to emails.
