I requested for proof of NCB via their website and waited 72 hours as per their SLA. No luck. I then called them and they said i will receive it within 24 hours. Surprise Surprise, NO LUCK. I called today and they said they cant help me as that department is now closed (which is understandable) but will mark it as urgent. I dont understand how difficult it is to just send me proof.
Reading through the reviews and having nearly 60% of them being 1 star just shows how much of a sh*t company A Choice is.
I will definitely be complaining to the financial ombudsman because this service is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. I can see below someone has actually mentioned about the financial ombudsman already if more people make them aware of A Choice's actions they will have no choice but to sort them selves out or get penalised.
