Charged me £1000 for my insurance which is okay for my car and age but then requested a mountain of documents I don't have easy access to. on the phone for an hour trying to cancel my policy which hadn't even started yet mighten I add! passed from person to person trying to cancel and find a resolution. Customer assistant laughing and sniggering down the phone. Absolutely awful, fraudulent company who aren't interested in their customers needs what so ever.
