1hr 45mins later I call back. 16mins later get put through to the cancellation team to get a figure and wow!!! If I knew then what I do know I would have avoided like the plague! £786 to cancel! Are they having a ruddy laugh... literally all the way to the bank.
STAY AWAY!!!
It's better to pay more elsewhere pm than to deal with a huge cancellation fee
