I have tried multiple times online and in store to resolve my issue with empty promises. I made a wrong payment and would just like to get my money back.
A big company like Ackermans should be able to resolve a simple issue like this in a few working days, but incompetency results in absolute ignorance from Ackermans and staff.
Can this please be resolved as soon as possible, so that I can close my account and buy from retailers who are competent and able to provide fair customer service.
