The funny part is the card was with me the whole time
I hve never went to Randburg and made a purchase worse of all at Pep stores
So guys we have to be careful I don't know how
As for me I hve come to the conclusion of closing the account after the investigation cause clearly we r not safe especially if u hve an A-plus account people can use your account anyhow ivin if you're card is with u

“Ackermans is useless with protecting its customers!!! We've found out a few days ago only that our Ackermans card was defrauded a whole R5000!! And that was already in March we have not been notified once!! Other retail stores has options in place whenever there is something fishy going on with your card they notify you immediately!
Now they must run an investigation first then we will hear the outcome... But I refuse to pay for things we did not buy or use.
I will definitely think twice in the future to get anything from Ackermans again”

“Yesterday I went to buy a set of three track pants for my 2 year old, I thought the waist had a rubber bank for stretching but only to find out that was not the case. The pants left a huge gab on my child's waist.
I am so disappointed because everything that I buy from them has quality issues, its either its the type of poor material used and the way their clothes discolour and change shape as you wash them.

“My husband made a payment yesterday on his fone yam contract phone.. however, hr was provided an incorrect reference number via sms and the cashier allocated payment to the incorrect reference.... the phone was locked and fone yam refuses to assist my husband and he was advised to.lay a complaint but there response time is 48hrs??? After explaining to them this is not my husband's fault or the cashier at Ackerman as the incorrect reference number was sent by fone yam, they maintained their response time was still applica- bare in mind this fone is needed for work purposes... luckily a gentleman by the name of Zain at Ackermann Westgate mall wen over and above his level to assist and managed to get the device unlocked... to Zain, thank you so so so much for all your help, effort and your appreciated... I will continue to shop at your store as you turned an unpleasant into a very pleasant one!!!!”

“I had a layby done at Ackermans in Vryburg, the one in Market Street (Branch 846) . I lost my receipt and went there and asked that they please cancel my layby . I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher. Now I read my receipt and what they telling me is not there on the receipt and why is Vinolia telling me something that she cannot prove.

“I had account with ackermans, in March I asked for outstanding balance so they gave me & I paid it up straight away. they even put me through their call center to explain why am I closing the account. from August I'm receiving calls that I'm owing R310 Where the hell that R310 is coming from, after that I'm receiving more than 20 calls daily asking me about the money I'm owing that I don't even know where is it coming from because why I was brought to the call center to verify that I'm closing the account if I was still having outstanding balance ?. so today I paid the money coz I'm so sick of the stupid calls I'm receiving everyday but still they calling and now they even calling my mom and the amount is even gone up to R350ππππyoooo.
