“I had a layby done at Ackermans in Vryburg, the one in Market Street (Branch 846) . I lost my receipt and went there and asked that they please cancel my layby . I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher. Now I read my receipt and what they telling me is not there on the receipt and why is Vinolia telling me something that she cannot prove.
Honestly they could really do better.”

“I had account with ackermans, in March I asked for outstanding balance so they gave me & I paid it up straight away. they even put me through their call center to explain why am I closing the account. from August I'm receiving calls that I'm owing R310 Where the hell that R310 is coming from, after that I'm receiving more than 20 calls daily asking me about the money I'm owing that I don't even know where is it coming from because why I was brought to the call center to verify that I'm closing the account if I was still having outstanding balance ?. so today I paid the money coz I'm so sick of the stupid calls I'm receiving everyday but still they calling and now they even calling my mom and the amount is even gone up to R350ππππyoooo.

I must say I was a bit skeptical in going online but did it anyway as I was looking for a phone n I was impressed with the Ackermans seamless experience the website is user friendly but decided to go in store directly .
So I visited my local Ackerman, Ackermans Connect stores I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff! They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The store was well-organized, and I easily found what I was looking for.
The sales associates were knowledgeable and offered great advice, helping me find the perfect device. The checkout process was quick and efficient.
I appreciate the effort Ackermans puts into creating a pleasant in-store experience. The store's atmosphere was inviting, and I enjoyed browsing the latest collections of devices
