I must say I was a bit skeptical in going online but did it anyway as I was looking for a phone n I was impressed with the Ackermans seamless experience the website is user friendly but decided to go in store directly .
So I visited my local Ackerman, Ackermans Connect stores I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff! They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The store was well-organized, and I easily found what I was looking for.
The sales associates were knowledgeable and offered great advice, helping me find the perfect device. The checkout process was quick and efficient.
I appreciate the effort Ackermans puts into creating a pleasant in-store experience. The store's atmosphere was inviting, and I enjoyed browsing the latest collections of devices

“I placed my order on the 21st of July till today I am waiting for delivery. Their order tracking system and courier company are terrible. I have been trying to call and email both shipping company and Ackermans bit no assistance. Their service is pathetic and I do not recommend. Never again!”
