I had a layby done at Ackermans in Vryburg, the one in Market Street (Branch 846) . I lost my receipt and went there and asked that they please cancel my layby . I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher. Now I read my receipt and what they telling me is not there on the receipt and why is Vinolia telling me something that she cannot prove.
Honestly they could really do better.
