Ackermans is useless with protecting its customers!!! We've found out a few days ago only that our Ackermans card was defrauded a whole R5000!! And that was already in March we have not been notified once!! Other retail stores has options in place whenever there is something fishy going on with your card they notify you immediately!
Now they must run an investigation first then we will hear the outcome... But I refuse to pay for things we did not buy or use.
I will definitely think twice in the future to get anything from Ackermans again
