“Am so disappointed 😞 the phone I bought at ackermans in 2023 August 30, the phone just stopped reading my sim cards and all the sim cards I tried to put in it, I went to the store to complain in Kempton square kemptonpark, the manager Johannes his name, could not even let me explain my issue he kept on interrupting me while trying to explain, he said I should bring the slip so I honestly told him that I lost a slip and if there's anything I could bring even if is avidavid from the police station.
That manager was not helpful and was so rude to me. And am now stuck with a phone that is disabled 😑.”
