Have received nothing but terrible service from Activequote sadly. They completely screwed up a simple transfer to a new provider leaving my daughter with no cover for a pre-existing condition. This was investigated but despite email records and voice recordings confirming there mis-selling they were unable to sort out.
I'm sure they are capable of better but this was a sad episode.
My latest renewal has somehow gone through without a single contact from them. They now appear to be collecting commission for doing absolutely nothing.
