“Michael Gauci persevered to find me a life insurance and critical illness policy that was right for me under very trying circumstances. At 45 my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness and claimed on our joint policy meaning my previous life insurance was cancelled. I needed a new policy that would assure me that I could look after my entire family as we have young children. Michael was compassionate, professional and thorough and made sure that I got a policy that was right for me and my family. Many companies wanted to over charge me but instead of rushing and trying to sell me the first policy that was offered to me, Michael advocated for me and found the perfect policy at the right price for me and my family. “I will never make the same mistake again. My savings are a sacred thing. Even though I am happy because I have recovered all of my money, I still regret for being so naive to gamble and that I had to lose the money in that way and even further, that I had to pay the money again to someone to recover what I've lost. “I must admit, I was sceptical when I spoke to Ethan from ActiveQuote back in January. I was not unhappy with my renewal price from my previous insurer and really started the conversation mainly out of politeness. However, Ethan found me a much better price with a different insurer and with extras included I didn't have before. What really motivated me to write a 5-star review was that there was a discrepancy in the information that Ethan used and my actual price was slightly higher than quoted, but ActiveQuote kindly sent me a cheque for the difference! I was really impressed and Ethan certainly deserves credit for his excellent service.”
