“I must admit, I was sceptical when I spoke to Ethan from ActiveQuote back in January. I was not unhappy with my renewal price from my previous insurer and really started the conversation mainly out of politeness. However, Ethan found me a much better price with a different insurer and with extras included I didn't have before. What really motivated me to write a 5-star review was that there was a discrepancy in the information that Ethan used and my actual price was slightly higher than quoted, but ActiveQuote kindly sent me a cheque for the difference! I was really impressed and Ethan certainly deserves credit for his excellent service.”

“My claim was dealt with by William Usswald. William took a lot of time to walk me through all the options to help me find the best quote. It took a couple of weeks to complete the process (due to my availability) and William was incredibly patient and professional throughout.”

“***AVOID AT ALL COST!!** Dealt with Daniel in setting up a policy with Bupa in November which when I contacted Bupa about today, doesn’t exist with Bupa!!! No money take from my account, hence chasing Daniel at Active Quote and escalating to his manager Sian to confirm if any policy in place?? Both ignored these email requests n consequently , after chasing these people for two months whilst still believing a policy was in place, I find out today from Bupa that there is no policy!!! AVOID!!!!!!!”
