“Our insurance broker Richard was very helpful and knowledgable. This enabled us to select the right health insurance policy. However when the documents arrived they contained conditions we did not expect. Richard followed this up with the insurer and after a lot of hard work and determination managed to secure the same policy at the same price minus any restrictions or conditions. This was an excellent outcome and we will use Richard’s services again.”

“I was sold an income insurance policy from this company at the beginning of the year. They went through my circumstances in depth and assured me the policy was right for me. Unfortunately I had to make a claim, my claim was rejected by the insurance company as I was sold an incorrect policy (confirmed by insurance company). When I complained to Active Quote they accepted that they had sold me the wrong policy. However they only offered me one moneths benefit as a way of compensation. So I am now 7 months post accident, trying to recover from an injury on nil income. Added to this stress I am now having to take legal action against this unhelpful, unprofessional and unsympathetic company.”

“Great working with Huw Williams from ActiveQuote Ltd on my deciding to go with a private health insurance. Huw was thoroughly professional and persistent. He was also very considerate in accomodating with many of my requests. We spoke over more than 3-4 months before we decided on the deal. “My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service given by Alex Seaton, the consultant at Active, in sourcing a competitive health provider. He was very patient and did not try to hard sell at any point. He fully explained the cover we would be getting with Vitality and sent an email with documents explaining what services we would be getting prior to us taking out the cover.
