“ActiveQuote has been helpful in dealing with the closure of my previous insurer. I discovered just too late that a further option was available to me if I had made my choice earlier in the year, which is a pity as I am now with BUPA as the least worst remaining option. Hope Hawkins was my contact and she obtained for me as much information as possible. i happened to have another conversation with my first contact with AvtiveQuote, James, who was extra helpful as he handled my case previously so was aware of past discussions which Hope could not have known about. i shall do my best to stay fit! “Having used Active Quote for several years to arrange Healthcare Insurance, this year I had time on my hands so queried that they originally offered for me to remain with the same provider. Eventually they found an alternative, which saved me a lot of money. They should have offered me the alternative at the outset. Otherwise they provide excellent service.”

“Happy with Active Quote, but would have preferred to change insurance provider this year, as the expeience we had 12 months ago with current insurer was difficult to say the least. We had a horrendous time getting approval, for a consultation and relatively simple procedure, from their underwriter, leaving us frustrated and angered at the delay....Certainly not a provider I would reccomend !! If it were not for the fact that the this procedure has not been concluded, due to the current covid situation, and that any new insurer would not take on the continued medical procedure, we would certainly have been looking for an alternative insurance provider.”

“Overall I was pleased, however I was asked on the phone for any illness in the past five years, there was none, when the form attired it asked for ten years and so my answers changed and the premium increased, this I felt was very contradictory and rather unprofessional.”
