“This was the third time we've used Active quote to renew our health insurance policy. On this occasion the initial contact was disappointing, we received no answer to our email. However we then contacted a previous contact, Kim Powell who sorted out comparative quotes and a new policy quickly and efficiently.”

“My original request to identify Private Medical Insurance options was handled well. All the options explained and advice on the various companied provided. On renewal recently I asked to review a possible change in cover but decided not to after further discussion and explanation. Overall a worthwhile service.”

“The feedback on the product I was interested in was quick and detailed. I was able to set up a new product and deal with the related questions efficiently and quickly. The one area they let themselves down on was sending personal information in email attachments, when I'd already stated that this wasn't acceptable unless via a secure email system.”

“Pleased overall with the service. The person conducting the telephone questionnaire, whilst perfectly pleasant, did not come across as totally professional and used to conducting interviews. Whilst I totally understand it is me, as the one wanting the policy who gives the answers & the interviewer may just be reading out questions, some clarification would have helped. There was some delay, apparently due to a new system being activated, but we were kept updated to a certain degree. It was made clear that important iinfo should be in paper format due to poor signal & no computer faciliity where live. Unsure if broker let AIG know of this as documentation emailed through. This was useless and AIG had to be asked to send in paper format. Very appreciative of the help from Simon Lewis, who quickly sent through several quotes in the required paper forma. Thank you Simon.”
