My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service given by Alex Seaton, the consultant at Active, in sourcing a competitive health provider. He was very patient and did not try to hard sell at any point. He fully explained the cover we would be getting with Vitality and sent an email with documents explaining what services we would be getting prior to us taking out the cover.
