Sian understood the issues and tried her very best to find alternative providers at reasonable prices but concluded that with a fixed price for the next 5 years from my current provider I would be better off remaining with them.
This despite the fact that the commission on a new provider would be more lucrative than advising me to stay with my current provider.
I thank her for her honesty and the help she gave me looking for alternative providers.
