I was not Gvwm sufficient time before the renewal date to properly seek alternative quotes, when I did get other quotes then these were compared and a better rate obtained with the current Insurer. This should have been done in the beginning ! I accepted this by email and received a reply almost immediately only later to be told that the email had never been received ! Amazing how a reply can be sent to an email that was never received .
