Michael Rix was excellent and impartial with his advice - so much so, that after going directly to the WPA website and calling their sales team - just for further confirmation - I came back to Michael for him to take the actual sale. Usually I am sceptic of brokers and have had high charges added simply for buying through them, so it was refreshing that your team don't do that, I just needed proof. So - make it more prominent on your site or via reviews that you don't charge the customer for your service.
