I'm not sure what the broker adds to this process. My premiums continue to rise with insufficient explanation. Most questions are referred to the insurer. I do not believe that the broker was on my side.
Communication seemed difficult. Holidays on my part and a local fire on yours did not help. Timed call backs did not happen. Email could have been used to better effect.
As a broker there are are policy providers that you do not deal with e.g. Saga. This limits you effectiveness
On the positive side Kim remained pleasant and willing to help despite my obvious irritation
