Answered the phone after just a couple of rings - a real person, not one of those endless menu choices, 1,2,3,4..........
Dealt knowledgeably with my query, put me on hold whilst they checked with AVIVA, then assured me all was as it should be; discounts, increase re my recent claim etc etc all accounted for in my premium.
