I would just like to express my appreciation for the excellent standard of customer service and query ownership that Active Quote provided to me with regards to the Income protection policy I purchased using them as a broker.
I was especially pleased with the Advisor H.JENKINS who delt with Trent Services, the insurance broker on my behalf regarding my query.
Mr Jenkins kept me up to date at each point and relayed my evidence and explanations to the insurer.
