Initial contact with organisation was not good but eventually speaking to your consultant Zac Ashenhurst I was very pleased with his helpfulness, reliability regarding contact (when he said he would ring me he did ), professionalism and good humour. the process of finding a new Health Insurance was as easy and stress free as it could have been.
