They contact me each year to remind me renewal due in advance, they offer alternative quote if requested. I've dealt with same people year over year (Sian Kirslake), then easy process to chat through with her before I go ahead. Very happy with service. Means I can put this out of my mind secure in knowledge that I'll get reminded in good time I need to review renewal.
