I liked the fact that they listened to what I required and not force what they thought I should have. Rhys Walker was very knowledgeble and informed me of two policies, one he thought would suit me best and cover what information I gave him, but the decision was mine and I was extremely happy with the advice that I had been given, and advice that for once I understood - it was clear and straightforward for me and no insurance 'jargon' to try and decipher.
