Matthew Dotchon was my contact at Active - he was always available and patient with my questions. To change a long standing policy (Bupa) and be assured all the eventualities will be covered with a new policy was a considered event for me, so to have someone who was patient and helpful with my questions and saw me through the process with clarity was very much appreciated.
