Gareth Jones was exceptional. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions in a manner that I understood (not insurance language) and I was left feeling that I had the best policy possible. I had been with the previous provider for Decades but they were getting virtually impossible to deal with, they just not interested despite them putting their prices up beyond belief.
