My contact was James Crocker, who from my initial call through to completion was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was understanding of my concerns over switching PMI providers and guided me through each stage. He communicated well and reassured me completely - and to top it all with his help we were both able to switch cover on 'no worse terms' - a perfect result!
