Service was fine.
What could have been even better is rather than just call me with the new (higher) price for the insurance renewal would have been to get 2-3 competitive quotes for the same level of cover and then present me the renewal option against alternatives, ideally with some comparative pros/cons. This pro-activity would have been excellent service
In this case I had to ask for alternatives, even though I renewed anyway.
