Joseph Meredith was extremely professional from beginning to end, you could tell he went beyond normal ifa ‘work load’ and actually rang different insurers to make sure I had the best quote possible. This is rare believe me! his phone manner made me feel at ease and he was extremely friendly to talk too, he also took to the time to listen to my concerns and I feel that he worked with me in finding the right policy for me. 10/10
