Happy with a good, efficient service with helpful staff. My premiums have reduced from last year and following the suggestion from my advisor I have switched to 2 policies for my family and I - I appreciated this advice.
I had one or 2 issues with regard to a payment taken in error by my previous insurer as well as an incorrect start date and payment schedule on my new policy, but (despite it being Christmas) these issues were resolved quickly thanks to very prompt replies to my queries.
Overall very happy.
