They did most of the work for me: checking with the potential providers and completing the form over the phone. It was a quick process, as they called me promptly, at agreed times. It also felt personal, as the initial conversation was adapted to my personal situation, and the decisions based on that. Richard was especially knowledgeable about which providers were most likely to be interested in providing the cover. All-in-all, it was a great experience. I felt confident in their direction, and that I was receiving a personal service.
