Even despite the fact that I can call myself an advanced trader, I should say that I had to apply to the customer support to calrify details about accounts' verification. For some reason, my identity couldn't be confirmed because of wrong address or smth... But this was a valid address.
I had a talk with these guys and they helped me to sort things out right away, without making me wait for years, lol.
So, kudos to them, now I can trade easily, knowing that my address is confirmed and I am not in the blacklist or list of cheaters or... whoever else =DD
