ActivTrades has one of the best support teams, it’s so nice to see and experience a broker that genuinely cares for its clients… the support ranges from the customer service, educational and analytical tools. The broker makes sure to provide everything the traders need to make sure their trading experience is very well enjoyed. Speaking with the customer service staff, which are my favorite, they are always available whenever I reach out to them, their response has never been delayed and this makes me very excited, they also reply in a calm and friendly tone. I like how supportive and comfortable the platform makes me feel and that’s why I still trade with the broker.
