Ordered a few things on 9/1. It’s currently 9/13 and no package to be seen. I have never encountered such horrible customer service. Why are they like this?!?! I contacted them 3 times. Today, I had enough and told them to issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Looks like I’ll just order from Amazon from now on. Should have just done that to begin with. The responders to my emails have been very short and not sweet. Seems like Adam and Eve needs to get some customer service consulting done.
