This was my first experience with ADASA and I'm sorry to say it may be my last! There was difficulty in getting answers from customer service when I first called about a dress, but I decided to just purchase it anyway (she had no way to answer my questions even after a 20 minute phone call. She was very pleasant but not helpful). I waited and waited and waited for news of when the dress would ship. Finally after 5 days, I called because it still hadn't shipped from their facility and was told they'd look into it. I got a return call telling me the dress wasn't available and they couldn't find it in the warehouse. WHAT?? How can you sell something if it isn't in stock? I was on a timeframe needing the dress for a wedding and was left empty-handed and scrambling because I lost a full week. It then took them several days to refund what I paid which should have happened immediately. No real apology. No real explanation. Nothing. Not good customer service and not a way to keep a new customer. I honestly started thinking the whole thing was a scam. Not a good first experience.
