“Adasa has a strict return policy with no refund. My dress didn’t fit, and the color did not suit me. So Adasa will issue ONLY A STORE CREDIT, no ifs or buts. I was aware of their return policy, but I was sure I would like the dress, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. So I hope I get my store credit soon. If a customer returns an item, Adasa gives the customer ONLY FIVE DAYS to return the item. Sure the company can give the customer a short window to return the merchandise, but they take the forever to issue store credit. Meanwhile, my daughter’s wedding is in July, so I hope Adasa will issue my store credit soon. I don’t like that once the customer makes a purchase from them, and you are bound to purchase from them again if the dress doesn’t workout. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY! I don’t know how this company stays in business with their rigid and limited return policy. Oh and I must not forget, if a customer returns an item, they must pay for return charges. Please send my store credit soon! I don’t have much time left to purchase and receive the dress and hope that it works out.”
“Disappointed that my daughter’s dress will not arrive on time. Of course it was supposed to arrive yesterday and got delayed to next week. I inquired about whether I needed to upgrade the shipping before it left ADASA and wasn’t met with a real response - instead just a copy of the shipping chart with ambiguous language.
