“Adasa has a strict return policy with no refund. My dress didn’t fit, and the color did not suit me. So Adasa will issue ONLY A STORE CREDIT, no ifs or buts. I was aware of their return policy, but I was sure I would like the dress, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. So I hope I get my store credit soon. If a customer returns an item, Adasa gives the customer ONLY FIVE DAYS to return the item. Sure the company can give the customer a short window to return the merchandise, but they take the forever to issue store credit. Meanwhile, my daughter’s wedding is in July, so I hope Adasa will issue my store credit soon. I don’t like that once the customer makes a purchase from them, and you are bound to purchase from them again if the dress doesn’t workout. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY! I don’t know how this company stays in business with their rigid and limited return policy. Oh and I must not forget, if a customer returns an item, they must pay for return charges. Please send my store credit soon! I don’t have much time left to purchase and receive the dress and hope that it works out.”
“Disappointed that my daughter’s dress will not arrive on time. Of course it was supposed to arrive yesterday and got delayed to next week. I inquired about whether I needed to upgrade the shipping before it left ADASA and wasn’t met with a real response - instead just a copy of the shipping chart with ambiguous language. Now the day of her prom, I have to scramble and find her dress and I can’t even get a refund on the one I bought from ADASA.”

“I am an old-school shopper. I love going into a star to see touch and feel and try on my Clothes before making a purchase. So needless to say ordering online Is not my preferred method.
I originally ordered with a different company and had a terrible experience. Their customer service was unhelpful and their communication was inefficient.
I was skeptical about trying to order a dress for a very special occasion through this company based on my previous experience with the other, but I’m so glad that I took the chance because my dress is exactly as shown in the picture and fits me perfectly. The only adjustments I will make is to the hymn to make the dress shorter to fit my height.
I contacted their customer service to check on the status of my order right away. The chat team member was professional timely, and went above and beyond. Not only was my experience with customer service and ordering my dress exceptional. My dress also arrived before the schedule delivery date!
All around, I give this company a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend to any one who is looking for a dress for a special occasion!”
“I personally called to cancel orders since the one dress I ordered was returned. The representarive I spoke to said you would cancel them and woul get reimbursed. I still haven't received the order and my event was yesterday. You keep sending me tracking numbers after making it a final cancellation.”
“It is so exhausted and expnesive to exchange a dress. I cannot use USPS, I had to take a leave to go to UPS to mail it. I had to select the choices required, I paid $34 for just returning the dress so that I can exchange it for different size. Besides , the returning time frame is not reasonable, the time might exceed it even I tried best to mail it back asap.
I have to think a lot to order a new dress from ADASA from now on.”
“Only website I could find that sold formal dresses that also took returns, I ordered one style in two different sizes. What I failed to realize was that they offered store credit only. Had I known that I never would have ordered. I presume they are aware of that. Neither size worked for me. I ordered 2 other dresses to get something for my money. Turn around time was fairly slow. I am not happy with the dress construction. Boning over the bra cups makes no sense on a dress with fully covered bodice and long sleeves. I will be avoiding this website in the future”

“My daughter found a prom dress she liked at a different store but preferred a different color. The original store did not have the color she wanted so we looked online at shops that carried the dress. The website was easy to use, displayed what sizes and colors were available, the return policy clearly outlined and the price slightly cheaper than we had seen at all the other places online. After placing the order it took about a week for the dress to ship. I was a little nervous about when it would ship and the quality when it would arrive not knowing if this would have been a gown that was in a store, had been tried on numerous times, etc. It was shipped UPS and I received numerous shipping updates from both UPS and ADASA and it arrived within just a few days. The dress was nicely packaged, in sealed plastic on a hangar with extra reinforcement and no strain on the dress straps. That was all packaged nicely in a good quality shipping box. The dress looks beautiful with no snags or flaws that we've noticed. It fits as expected and exactly like the one she had tried on in a different store.”
