“Disappointed that my daughter’s dress will not arrive on time. Of course it was supposed to arrive yesterday and got delayed to next week. I inquired about whether I needed to upgrade the shipping before it left ADASA and wasn’t met with a real response - instead just a copy of the shipping chart with ambiguous language. Now the day of her prom, I have to scramble and find her dress and I can’t even get a refund on the one I bought from ADASA.”
“It is so exhausted and expnesive to exchange a dress. I cannot use USPS, I had to take a leave to go to UPS to mail it. I had to select the choices required, I paid $34 for just returning the dress so that I can exchange it for different size. Besides , the returning time frame is not reasonable, the time might exceed it even I tried best to mail it back asap.
I have to think a lot to order a new dress from ADASA from now on.”
“I recently purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. The dress showed in stock and ready to ship. I opted not to purchase this dress elsewhere based on that information. It took several days for Couture Candy, not Adasa to reach out and inform me that the dress was, in fact, not in stock. FYI they (Couture Candy and Adasa) are the same online retailer. By the time I was notified the other retailer had sold the dress. They did issue a refund, although 10 days later it has still yet to post to my account.”
“I bought a dress and the packaging bent my sleaves. When I tried it on they would not puff out like the picture of it. I sent pictures and was not refunded my money like I asked and I needed reimbursement, not store credit.”
“Shipping was quick. However, I hate both dresses I ordered. I was not aware when I ordered that there is a "no return" on sale items. Unless you have tried on the dress in a store, I would not order from this company.”
