It is so exhausted and expnesive to exchange a dress. I cannot use USPS, I had to take a leave to go to UPS to mail it. I had to select the choices required, I paid $34 for just returning the dress so that I can exchange it for different size. Besides , the returning time frame is not reasonable, the time might exceed it even I tried best to mail it back asap.
I have to think a lot to order a new dress from ADASA from now on.
