ADASA.com has extremely poor customer service and lacks cooperation. I encountered an issue with my order, and they refused to resolve it or issue a refund. Communication throughout the process was frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller — they do not stand behind their products or treat customers fairly. I ended up losing a significant amount of money.

Their return policy is terrible. They hold your money hostage so you have to buy something from them and their short return window is careless. Another company that cares about money more than people, big surprise.

The quality of dress does not appear to be the same as what I have seen from the purchased designer in retail Prom/Pageant stores. The quality is much cheaper like a Dillards dress.

Adasa has a strict return policy with no refund. My dress didn’t fit, and the color did not suit me. So Adasa will issue ONLY A STORE CREDIT, no ifs or buts. I was aware of their return policy, but I was sure I would like the dress, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. So I hope I get my store credit soon. If a customer returns an item, Adasa gives the customer ONLY FIVE DAYS to return the item. Sure the company can give the customer a short window to return the merchandise, but they take the forever to issue store credit. Meanwhile, my daughter’s wedding is in July, so I hope Adasa will issue my store credit soon. I don’t like that once the customer makes a purchase from them, and you are bound to purchase from them again if the dress doesn’t workout. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY! I don’t know how this company stays in business with their rigid and limited return policy. Oh and I must not forget, if a customer returns an item, they must pay for return charges. Please send my store credit soon! I don’t have much time left to purchase and receive the dress and hope that it works out.

Worse experience I’ve had in buying on line. They sent me wrong color wrong size. I returned everything still waiting and now they claim that they will only give me credit for 50%.

When I ordered this dress I did not see a return policy, I would not have ordered it if I knew the return policy restrictions if it did not work.

My package was delayed without reasoning. I was given a far from correct delivery date.

I personally called to cancel orders since the one dress I ordered was returned. The representarive I spoke to said you would cancel them and woul get reimbursed. I still haven't received the order and my event was yesterday. You keep sending me tracking numbers after making it a final cancellation.

Sent a dress that had already been altered and then refused to refund me for the dress. Made up stories about their policies - even lied and said it was posted on their website. Won't ever buy from here again.

I recently purchased a dress for the first time. After trying to return it, I was informed that anything on sale or marked-down could not be returned. I understand clearanced items, but can't understand why if it's on sale, it cannot be returned. It was not stated on the page of the dress. Apparently I had to read every policy they had on their website to determine this. Would never order from there again, considering i'm stuck with a dress that I can never wear!

BUYER BEWARE! This shotty online company does not offer refunds even for a full price dress purchase when their online sizing was incorrect. The day I received the dress, it was tried on and didn't fit. I immediately called to start the return as I read the buyer has a 5-day window from delivery to return. I was told on the phone the dress was eligible for a return and refund. I returned the dress the same day the dress was delivered, and took extra steps to carefully package the dress in the original packaging, with tags attached, and then put the dress inside a box to further protect the it in shipment, which cost me an additional $56. I also emailed ADASA, sent them the required photos of the dress showing the tags still on, etc., So, not only did I have to pay $56 to return the dress, they have the gall to take a heavy percent off the top and not offer a refund as I was orginally told. So, I lost about $100 of my original investment and was only offered a store credit for the reduced amount. I've email a number of times; they could care less and are all about the money grab. Go to a local store or a reputable online store. Don't make my mistake, you will regret it.

Totally shocking customer service I have emailed 6 times for a return code and no reply !! The dress was expensive and I need the money back but can’t send back without a return code …

Im still didn’t receive my order when I bought a dress is motion 00 tax and now DHL said is by uk regulations need to pay 75.80 for the tax

ONE OF MY DRESSES ARRIVED WITH THE SECURITY TAG ATTACHED TO MY DRESS. I CAN WEAR IT TO THE EVENT I PLANNED TO THIS WEEK!! VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL IN THE SHIPP8IHG DEPARTMENT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY TO RECTIFY THIS.

Don’t buy unless you read the fine print. All sale dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. I am stuck with a dress I ordered in the wrong size. I don’t order from retailers with this policy but didn’t read their return policy well enough to see that I couldn’t return or exchange.

Ordered the Cinderella Divine CD0132 a size Small and it fit really BIG on my daughter. It's suppose to be no lower than knee high and it's like 4 inches or more below the knee. Too bad they don't exchange or refund your $$. Just didn't look like it did in the picture on-line. The corsette lace stated to break apart on the ends. Really Disappointed 😞 😕 😔

The service level and customer satisfaction is extremely low. If Adasa wants the customer continue using their services they should implement a full refund policy within a restricted time frame of the item receipt. The website has nice selection but I won't be coming back here.
