I’m truly unsatisfied about my experience with ADASA. Items were scheduled to be delivered on Friday 7th April, then we’re rescheduled to be delivered on Monday. My plane is on Monday morning, I contacted you several times to help me and I didn’t get any help. Not with the shipping carrier not with cancellation policy. Moreover, the dresses were rescheduled again and delivered on Tuesday 11 th of April. That means 7 business days since I have ordered them on 1st April. I’m just totally unsatisfied with the unprofessional help I got from you. I believe I deserve a reconsideration to my case. So since the dresses arrived after I left, I can’t use them anymore, and its my right to return them without any fees.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Your return policy is terrible. Your customer service is terrible. I received a defective product and I tried to reach someone for days. Once I was finally able to get in contact with a representative I was offered $7.00 of the almost $80.00 I paid for it. What a joke.

Bought a Mac Doggal dress from Lyst . It was on clearance so no returns on it . I had no idea that it would be shipped from a 3rd party vendor ( ADASA). ADASA sent the incorrect color or Lyst ordered the incorrect color. Regardless, it was an error on both Lyst and ADASA. I was then told to contact ADASA after telling LYSTv the wrong color being sent . I was completely given the run around by both LyST and ADASA. I sent the dress back and was notified that it was not an approved return since it was on sale. ADASA contacted me via email and told me I would get the dress back bc of no returns even though I never opened the dress, contacted both Lyst And ADASA about the mistake. I guess I will get the dress back from ADASA and be stuck with a dress ( wrong color) I never ordered . Terrible customer service.

I am so disappointed with this dress. It does not look anything like the photo, and the dress cannot be returned. I just wasted $124.00. Attached is the dress shown on the website vs what was actually received. The actual dress is an ugly yellow/beige color made from a cheap net fabric, almost like tulle, with cheap-looking irridescent rainbow color rhinestones. Shame on La Femme!

Paid for expedited shipping and received ground shipping now my dress won't be here in time for my event.

Very disappointed in the return policy especially when you’re ordering online. Color was off on the dress and they would only offer a store credit. $500 dress and a store credit! Horrible customer service policy!

After paying $30 extra for 2 day shipping, I was told 2 weeks later the dress I ordered was now out of stock! So frustrating!!! I was then told of two other sizes I could pick which I didn’t think would fit but one actually did. Sadly, by the time this super slow order arrived, I had to fly out the next morning and so it was too late to even get it shortened. So frustrating and sad!

This was my first experience with ADASA and I'm sorry to say it may be my last! There was difficulty in getting answers from customer service when I first called about a dress, but I decided to just purchase it anyway (she had no way to answer my questions even after a 20 minute phone call. She was very pleasant but not helpful). I waited and waited and waited for news of when the dress would ship. Finally after 5 days, I called because it still hadn't shipped from their facility and was told they'd look into it. I got a return call telling me the dress wasn't available and they couldn't find it in the warehouse. WHAT?? How can you sell something if it isn't in stock? I was on a timeframe needing the dress for a wedding and was left empty-handed and scrambling because I lost a full week. It then took them several days to refund what I paid which should have happened immediately. No real apology. No real explanation. Nothing. Not good customer service and not a way to keep a new customer. I honestly started thinking the whole thing was a scam. Not a good first experience.

I ordered a dress which arrived on 8th of August, unfortunately ADASA sent me the wrong dresses as the order is meant for someone else not me. I've been on the phone tirelessly trying to resolve this, it's been 8 days and I'm yet to hear anything at all back from their Processing team who is supposed to send me instructions. I've no idea what the instructions are, can't talk to the team either. You have literally caused me so much stress and paying for international calls as you don't reply to emails. The dress is for my engagement party, it's not cheap either, you've totally ruined this for me. Do not order from Adasa unless you want to spend weeks stressing because of their incompetence. I just can't understand why couldn't you send me the correct dress and I would've returned the ones you sent in error?!?! Only rating the dress even though I haven't seen it so that I'm not slagging Marsoni as it's not their faulr

Buying from Adasa was my worst shopping experience ever!! I bought a very expensive dress. It did not look good on me. Returning that dress was an ordeal: I had a window of a few days, had to take several pictures of the dress, of the return FedEx box, and request a receipt signature. I immediately returned the dress using FedEx the day after I received it. Well the returned dress was received, but no acknowledgment from ADASA. I kept calling their customer service. A very rude person would answer and not even give me a timeline for when I would get credit for the return. By the way they don’t give a refund, only credit. She kept saying her team had to inspect the dress. When I asked how long is it going to take to inspect the dress, since they had received it 10 days before, she would not give me any answer. Finally I got a credit into my account. About a month after they had received the dress! The credit was a couple of hundred dollars less then I paid, for no reason!!! And you only have a window of a few months to use that credit. And by the way, whatever you buy with that credit cannot be returned!!! What an atrocious company! What a nightmare!!!! I will never ever buy from them again, or recommend them to anybody!! Worst experience ever!!!!!
