Disappointed that my daughter’s dress will not arrive on time. Of course it was supposed to arrive yesterday and got delayed to next week. I inquired about whether I needed to upgrade the shipping before it left ADASA and wasn’t met with a real response - instead just a copy of the shipping chart with ambiguous language. Now the day of her prom, I have to scramble and find her dress and I can’t even get a refund on the one I bought from ADASA.
