“I recently purchased a dress for the first time. After trying to return it, I was informed that anything on sale or marked-down could not be returned. I understand clearanced items, but can't understand why if it's on sale, it cannot be returned. It was not stated on the page of the dress. Apparently I had to read every policy they had on their website to determine this. Would never order from there again, considering i'm stuck with a dress that I can never wear!”
“BUYER BEWARE! This shotty online company does not offer refunds even for a full price dress purchase when their online sizing was incorrect. The day I received the dress, it was tried on and didn't fit. I immediately called to start the return as I read the buyer has a 5-day window from delivery to return. I was told on the phone the dress was eligible for a return and refund. I returned the dress the same day the dress was delivered, and took extra steps to carefully package the dress in the original packaging, with tags attached, and then put the dress inside a box to further protect the it in shipment, which cost me an additional $56. I also emailed ADASA, sent them the required photos of the dress showing the tags still on, etc., So, not only did I have to pay $56 to return the dress, they have the gall to take a heavy percent off the top and not offer a refund as I was orginally told. So, I lost about $100 of my original investment and was only offered a store credit for the reduced amount. I've email a number of times; they could care less and are all about the money grab. Go to a local store or a reputable online store. Don't make my mistake, you will regret it.”
“Amazing the dress arrived excellent the packaging was great the dress is amazing. I only had one problem that expedited shipping was not expedited but they refunded me the money for that so it really wasn’t a problem but overall the experience was amazing i will recommend them to anyone for future purchases thank you for the experience.”
“I recently purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. The dress showed in stock and ready to ship. I opted not to purchase this dress elsewhere based on that information. It took several days for Couture Candy, not Adasa to reach out and inform me that the dress was, in fact, not in stock. FYI they (Couture Candy and Adasa) are the same online retailer. By the time I was notified the other retailer had sold the dress. They did issue a refund, although 10 days later it has still yet to post to my account.”

“I contacted several retailers trying to locate a dress I wanted for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. They were so friendly, extremely polite and most helpful in helping me get my dress. Many stores do not accept returns, but they are willing to do so. For all of these reasons, I would highly recommend ADASA!”
