Promotional item (credit card torch) ordered 26 April and I initially thought turn around in 48 hours but was advised I would receive by 6 May. Eventually received on 12 May with the item having been dispatched from UKMail depot on 11 May with no explanation for delay. I'm now wary of placing a full order as the experience so far does not inspire confidence.
